The Company ensures that all personal data that they may have access to is encrypted in accordance with industry security standards.

This Privacy Policy constitutes the agreement (the “Agreement”) established by and between Pantherun Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, with CIN U32109KA2019PTC128239 and having its registered office at No 311, 2nd Floor, 6th Main Road HAL 2nd Stage, Indiranagar, Bangalore, Karnataka – 560038, India (referred to as ‘We” or “Us” or “Our” ‘the Company“) and any person or entity accessing our Website or registering to or using the Services supplied by Us (referred to as “User” or “You”). The Company and the User shall collectively be referred to as “Parties”, individually “Party”.
Accepting this Agreement is a condition of using the Services provided by the Company. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT (I) YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED THIS AGREEMENT, (II) YOU HEREBY REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO ENTER OR ACT ON BEHALF OF THE USER OF THE ACCOUNT, AND BIND SUCH USER TO THIS AGREEMENT AND (III) YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS FOR COMMERCIAL/ BUSINESS PURPOSES ONLY. If you do not have the legal authority to enter this Agreement, do not understand this Agreement, or do not agree to the Agreement, please do not use the Services.
“Personal Information” shall mean and include any information that relates to a natural person, which either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available by a body corporate, is capable of identifying such person. Sensitive personal data or information (“SPDI”) mean personal information relating to a person’s passwords; financial information, including information relating to bank accounts, credit cards, debit cards, and other payment instrument details; physical, physiological, and mental health condition; sexual orientation; medical records and history; and biometric information.
The Parties agree and are bound by the following provisions:
This Agreement is effective between the Company and You on the day of your access to or use of the Services (as further elaborated below) (the “Effective Date”).
- Absolute Confidentiality
- The Company is committed to protecting the User’s privacy and ensuring the security of any Personal Information received from the User. The Company strictly adheres to the requirements of the data protection law(s) established in India and this Privacy Policy is published in accordance with (including without limitation):
- Section 43 A of the Information Technology Act, 2000;
- Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (the “SPI Rules“);
- Regulation 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011;
- Aadhaar Act, 2016 and its amendments, including the Aadhaar Regulations.
- The purpose of this privacy policy statement is to explain to the User what Personal Information the Company may collects from the User’s use of Our Services, and how the Company protects the information that the User provides to Us when the User uses Our Services. The User can be assured that the Company will use such information sensibly and carefully, and only in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The Company is committed to complying with the prevalent industry standard that pertain to privacy practices, to ensure Users can securely access and use Our Services.
- This Privacy Policy is effective from [25th September 2019]. Any information that the User provides to the Company is subject to this Privacy Policy.
- User’s Consent
- By using Our Services and whenever the User submits any information to the Company, towards the use of such Services offered, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. This will enable the Company to contact the User for further correspondences with respect to the Services availed. The Company shall not be responsible for any inaccurate information provided to the Company by the User, which may affect the User’s experience on the Services.
- If, at any time, the User wishes to access, review, update, modify, correct or eliminate any of the User’s account information, the User may do so by contacting the Company through use of the ‘Contact Us’ feature available on the Website.
- The Company may, at any point in the future, request other optional information from the User in order to customise the Services for the purpose of delivering personalised Service.
- What information the Company collects about the User
- When the User accesses, uses or browses the Website or use the Services, the User may be required to provide, or the Company or its client and business partners may collect information that can be used to effectively provide its Services. - Any other information that is required to be collected as per specific mandate from any regulatory authorities or as a legal requirement in India.
- The User may choose not to provide certain information in which case the User may not be able to use or access some of the features to Our Service. The Company uses the information that the User provides for purposes, which may include, responding to the User’s requests, delivering the Service the manner intended by the Company,, improving the Services or communicating with the User.
- When the Users uses or accesses the Services, the Company may also collect information regarding the pages the User viewed, the web addresses from which the User arrived or clicked through to, time spent on certain pages, download errors, page response times and other similar types of statistical data. All this information helps us analyse Users’ trends and preferences, and thus assists the Company in improving the Services.
- The Company receives, stores and maintains the User’s location provided upon the User’s first visit to the Website. Such information shall be given all due care and security; however, the Company shall not be responsible for any third-party interference causing such information to be destroyed, replicated or transferred.

- Any information relating to an individual that is available or accessible in a public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law shall not qualify as Personal Information or SPDI.
- How the Company uses the information collected from the User
- The Company may collect and retain the User’s Personal Information and SPDI only to the extent that it is necessary to fulfil Our Services to the User. Accordingly, if and when the Company, or substantially all of its assets, is acquired by a third party, such information may be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. - The Company assumes no liability for any disclosure of information due to errors in transmission, unauthorised third-party access or other acts of third parties, or acts or omissions beyond the Company’s Our reasonable control and the User agrees that the User will not hold the Company responsible for any breach of security unless such breach has been caused as a direct result of Our gross negligence or wilful default by the Company.
- Who has access to User’s information
- The Company maintains electronic, physical and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of information (including Personal Information or SPDI).
- The Company endeavours to protect the security of User information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information User inputs in addition to maintaining security of User information as per the International Standard IS/ISO/IEC 27001 on “Information Technology Security Techniques Information Security Management System-Requirements”.
- The User’s Personal Information or SPDI can be accessed only on a need-to-know basis by certain employees of the Company who are designated to carry out the transaction, Service request or requested activity, and all such individuals are bound to strict confidentiality obligations.
- How We Use Cookies
- “Cookies” are small pieces of information placed onto the User’s device’s hard drive. Cookies do not collect any Personal Information or SPDI from the User. The Company uses cookies to analyse data about Our web page traffic, which helps us save User’s preferences for the User’s future visits. This allows the Company to customise the Services according to the User’s interests, which will enable the Company to deliver a more personalised Service. The User may choose to accept or decline cookies. The User must be aware that by declining cookies the User may be unable to use the Services to its fullest capability. “Session cookies” shall be automatically deleted at the end of the session.

To prevent unauthorised access, the Company has put in place the latest industry-standard security technology and procedures to safeguard the information the Company collects and/or processes online. The Company stores all Personal Information or SPDI on the computer servers placed in a secure environment. Although the Company has taken significant steps to protect User’s Personal Information or SPDI, no company, including Our Services, can fully eliminate security risks associated with the usage of such Personal Information or SPDI.

- When the Company processes personal data pertaining to the User (You), the Company does so with your consent and/or as necessary to operate the Website, operate Our business, meet Our contractual and legal obligations, protect the security of Our systems and Our customers, or fulfill other legitimate interests of the Company as described in this Privacy Policy.

- The Company shall not be liable for any actions of third parties with regard to User’s Personal Information or SPDI which the User may have disclosed to such third parties.
- Choice to Opt-Out
- The Company provides to all Users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from the Company on behalf of Our partners, and from us in general, after setting up an account.
- Governing Law
- The terms of this Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute regarding or arising out of this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

- Severability
- Each clause of this Privacy Policy is independent of and severable from all and any other clauses. If one or more clauses of this Privacy Policy are held to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such clause shall be excluded from this Privacy Policy. The remainder of the Privacy Policy shall be interpreted as if such clause were so excluded and the balance of the Privacy Policy shall be enforceable in accordance with its terms.
